There are many great things that one can say about Stela Roznovan but the first characteristics that come to mind are high achiever, intense focus, and determination. I started with American Income as a career agent in July of 2020, currently holding the position of Regional General Agent. Prior to this, I worked in the fitness industry for a total of 15 years, 14 of which were in leadership roles. I knew nothing of the insurance industry, and started with a young leader, Stela Roznovan. From day 1, Stela clearly was invested in my success, and divulged her time and energy heavily into ensuring that I started out strong. These behaviors have not slowed. I was pleasantly surprised at the skillset and strengths of her leadership qualities, particularly considering her tenure ion the role. It became very obvious that she was not only invested in me, but in herself as well. The qualities and characteristics that she exhibits on a daily basis are the dividends paid from studying others that have been successful, and more importantly those that failed. These arent characteristics that are learned naturally in such a short period of time, but rather those that are gained from a focus on personal improvement and continued practice. Stela has continued to grow at a rate that outpaces even the most experienced leaders, and its always a pleasure to be exposed to this and continue to learn more. My guess is that she was voted most likely to be successful in whatever yearbook her school put out.
